*crock pots with hot breakfast items e.g.: hash, sausage gravy, egg dish, hashbrowns,beans.
* baked omelets
* quiches
* juices
* hot chocolate
* butter
* salt & pepper
* jam
* A few extra folding tables, awnings in case of rain.
Volunteers to help set up at am the morning of.
Volunteers to help clean up after.
Someone to make 2 big signs to post at each end of the lake informing about the meeting, breakfast and auction. ( signs should go up a few weeks before the date )

Camp owners needed to solicited items to auction off. As well as donate items.
I have an auctioneer, people willing to handle the $ as well as assign the bidding numbers. I will make flyers reminding camp owners about the breakfast and auction which will be handed out on the Friday donations are being collected at each end of the lake (on Memorial weekend).
